CALIFORNIA The City of Angels Two-Spirit Society provides support to Los Angeles American Indian, Alaska Native, First Nation, Indigenous, and Two-Spirit community by bringing awareness of their traditional sacred role to the Greater Los Angeles community.

CALIFORNIA Bay Area American Indian Two-Spirits exists to restore and recover the role of Two-Spirit people within the American Indian/First Nations community by creating a forum for the spiritual, cultural and artistic expression of Two-Spirit people. BAAITS is a community-based volunteer organization offering culturally relevant activities for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex Native Americans, their families and friends.

COLORADO The Two Spirit Society of Denver is non-profit organization comprised of GBLT Native Americans and their partners in the Denver area. Their mission is to strive to restore the traditional role of Two Spirited persons.

INDIANA The Eastern Woodland Two-Spirit Society are working toward creating a supportive group for themselves and other two spirit people in the area as well as their allies. They would like to be able to educate others in our area about Native America in general as well as about Two Spirit people.

MINNESOTA The Minnesota Two-Spirit Society promotes cultural awareness of Two Spirit people in Minnesota and surrounding communities based on a foundation of inter-tribal traditions and values.

MONTANA The Montana Two Spirit Society advocates and educates the Montana LGBTQ community and general community about Two Spirit issues, histories and traditions. The Montana Two Spirit Society promotes health, wellness and spiritual well being by sharing their traditions with one another, healing past wounds, and learning new ways to combat disease. They also outreach and build alliances and coalitions with other community based organizations to increase visibility of the Two Spirit and Native LGBTQ community and restore our traditions.

NEW MEXICO

NEW YORK The East Coast Two Spirit Society (formerly the Northeast Two Spirit Society) is devoted to Two Spirit Native American and First Nations communities and the reduction of bias and discrimination due to lack of information. The EC2SS provides information to the general public and support and services to Two Spirit Natives, formerly known as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or gender non-conforming. EC2SS works to increase the positive visibility of Two Spirit communities and to provide safe, supportive opportunities for social, traditional and recreational interactions that are culturally appropriate to them. EC2SS also strives to reach Two Spirit youth and their families, to provide emotional support, care and a community of people who have experienced the challenges of being Native and Two Spirit, often while living and working in Native and other communities where they may not be fully welcomed or supported themselves.

NORTH & SOUTH CAROLINA The Two-Spirit Society of the Carolinas serves and uplifts the "LGBTQ" Indigenous people of North and South Carolina.

TEXAS The Texas Two Spirit Society advocates and empowers Native American LGBTQ+ tradition by caring for our community through outreach and action.

PORTLAND The Portland Two Spirit Society is a social group for LGBTQI Indigenous and Native American/Alaska Natives and their families and allies to come together and share, connect, reclaim and restore culture, community and the traditional roles of Two Spirit people.
